When purchasing a plan, you will see all the available deals and the points needed to redeem them on the Discovery Page. This page gives you a preview of the rewards but doesn’t allow redemption yet.

Once you have purchased your plan, 3,000 Freedom Points will be credited to your account. You will see them at the top right of your Onic App. Simply tap on them to enter the Loyalty Program page.

Browse the available deals and select the one you’d like to redeem & select the city and the specific branch where you want to redeem your reward.

When you are at the merchants outlet, you can redeem the deal by: scanning the Onic QR code at the merchants POS using the in-app camera or by entering your 4-digit unique PIN, which the merchant can input for you.

Once the redemption is successful, the points will be deducted, and you can enjoy your reward! Start exploring your xclusive rewards today!
