5. A rider will arrive for biometric verification and SIM delivery.
6. For MNP, send “MNP” to 667, then forward the response to 76333.
7. Porting takes 4 working days.

9. After biometric & ICCID scanning, your SIM will be activated within 2 hours.

Open the Onic App, go to “Activate Your SIM,” and use the scanner to scan the ICCID printed on your SIM. Alternatively, you can manually enter it.

A physical SIM is a plastic card inserted into your device. An eSIM is embedded in your phone and can be activated digitally. Please check your handset compatibility before purchasing an eSIM.
